Parking is not provided at the circuit, but fans can use car parks elsewhere in Melbourne. During the Formula 1 Grand Prix weekend, free GP Express tram services are provided from the city to the circuit. See the Train Travel section for more details.

The closest Metro Train station to the circuit is Prahran, approximately 1.2 km (14 min) walk from Gate 9. Prahran is on the Sandringham line, which runs between Sandringham Station and Flinders Street Station.

Albert Park offers a delicious range of food and drink options. In recent years, Grand Prix offerings have included Pinchy's Lobster and Champagne Bar, which serves lobster rolls, snapper croquettes, truffle fries, and king crab tacos, and Zero Gradi for award-winning pizza and hand-churned gelato. Hunky Dory offers fish and chips, and comfort food abounds at Mac and Cheese Diner. Sweet treats are also available, with cheesecakes from Stix, baked goods from Bistro Morgan, and smoothies from Boost Juice.
Prices are not outrageous, but are higher than you would find outside the circuit. Alcohol is widely available from many different stands, alongside soft drinks, and free water fountains are located all around the venue.
There are 8 entry gates at Albert Park. With the exception of Gate 1, which is reserved for grandstand ticket holders, fans can use any gate to access the circuit.
The circuit offers both permanent and temporary toilets, with the majority being temporary. There are enough facilities for queues to stay reasonably short, but just before the main race begins is always likely to be the busiest time.
A designated helipad is provided adjacent to Gate 10. Private helicopters can land here, subject to landing fees. Registration and insurance declaration forms must be provided to Professional Helicopter Services in advance.

There are dedicated drop-off locations near Gates 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, and 10 for fans travelling to the circuit by an bicycle and scooter.
Neuron and Lime have parking zones and fans are asked to store electric bicycles and scooters in dedicated parking locations.
The circuit is around an hour's walk from the Melbourne CBD, but it is much closer to South Melbourne. From St Kilda, the walk is approximately 900 m (11 min) to Gate 10.
