The Caja Mágica is located on the south side of Madrid city centre. Whilst there is some on-site car parking at the Caja Mágica, it is limited, and allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis. There is often heavy traffic in the vicinity of the venue, too. It is therefore recommended that visitors to the venue utilise the area's abundant public transport options.

The Caja Mágica houses 2 on-site parking lots, with spaces allocated on a first-come, first-served basis in both locations:
Although Parking Cerca de Perales is located closer to the tennis complex, it is recommended that visitors to the Madrid Open park their vehicles in the larger Embajadores car park, as there is a higher chance of getting a parking space, and it is more suitable for longer stays. If you intend to park in Parking Cerca de Perales instead, arriving early is recommended, as the car park isn't just for visitors to the Caja Mágica, and as such it can reach capacity quickly.
Dedicated parking spaces for the disabled are available in the Embajadores car park.
Taxis from central Madrid to Caja Mágica take approximately 20 minutes. Drop-offs and pick-ups are best done near the eastern entrance or the western entrance.

Caja Mágica is accessible via Line 3 of the Madrid Metro. The nearest station to the tennis facility is San Fermin - Orcasur, located a 900 m (11 min) walk from the nearest entrance.
As the capital of Spain, accommodation prices tend to be higher than average in Madrid, and many of the country’s fanciest and most glamorous hotels are located here. However, there is something for every budget, including plenty of hostels and Airbnb’s, which are spread throughout the city.
Caja Mágica has a capacity of approximately 12,500. However, the capacity does differ between events depending on the seating configuration.
There are 2 lanes called Green Cycling Belt and Manzanares Park that run close to the tennis complex's entrances. You can park your bicycle in the street near the west side entrance of the Caja Mágica.
If you are in proximity to Caja Mágica, it is advisable to walk to the facility. Otherwise, it is not recommended. If you plan on walking from a destination such as Plaza de Legazpi, as it’ll take you 3 km (38 min) to get to the facility.
