📕 Format & Scoring
64 players enter the UK Championship. All matches up to and including the Semifinals are best of 11 frames, while the Final is best of 19 frames.
From the Last 64 – Quarterfinals, matches are played across 2 tables. The Semifinals and Final are played on one table only.
Door Times
Doors open one hour before the start of play.
💂 Entry Gates
The main entrance to York Barbican can be found adjacent to the piazza on Paragon Street. Doors generally open one hour before the event.
🧑🦽 Disabled Facilities
- York Barbican has step-free access into its auditorium, while the first floor is accessible via a lift.
- Wheelchair spaces are located on Balcony Level in the ‘slips’, as well as in the Stalls on either row A or row AA.
- Disabled parking spaces are available at Q-Park Kent Street. See Travel & Parking for more inform ation.
🆘 Help Points
Lost Property
York Barbican guests who may have lost items during their visit are asked to provide details to the venue's team as soon as possible. Lost property items are stored for one month after events before they are donated to charity.
Cashless Venue
York Barbican is a cashless venue, and therefore does not have any ATMs onsite.
